Walking Meerkat from Hansa
Although they look like members of the rodent family, Meerkats are actually a member of the Mongoose family. They live mostly in the Kalahari Desert in families of about 20 or more. They feed primarily on insects, but sometimes eat lizards, snakes, and small birds. They usually live to be between 12 and 14!
This Meerkat from Hansa makes a great companion. His white face, dark eye patches, and golden fur make him almost indistinguishable from the real thing. With an 11" long body and an extra soft coat, he can be taken anywhere and is perfect for nap time!
